Parking

• Parking for CyberForge on Saturday March 22 will be in the Ferguson Parking Garage. There will be signage directing you to the Parking Garage from the Avenue of the Arts entrance (main entrance to campus)

  • There will also be signage directing you to the David Student Union from the parking garage.

  • If you choose to take the shuttle that will be running, it will drop you off in the Visitor lot. (We recommend walking to the David Student Union from the parking garage. It is about a 5 minute walk).

• Parking for CyberForge on Sunday March 23 will be in Lot B (Visitor Lot). Signage will be placed directing you to parking at the Avenue of the Arts entrance (main entrance to campus)

Event Location

• The conference will take place in the David Student Union on the 2nd floor (marked with red square on map above)

Directions to Event Location From Parking

• When coming from the parking garage, follow the path indicated by event signage until you reach the Trible Library. Go through the path by the gate and then take the right into the courtyard. Once in the courtyard, the David Student Union will be on your left. CyberForge will be taking place on the second floor.

• When coming from the Visitor Lot, go around the Library following the path along University Place (left side of Libary) until you past the gate. Take the right into the Courtyard and then the David Student Union will be on the right. CyberForge will be taking place on the second floor.

Check-in Procedures/Event Information

• A valid Photo ID will be required in order to check-in for CyberForge (if no valid ID is presented, you may be denied entry)

• Our staff must have a valid e-mail address on file

• NO walk-ins will be allowed entry to the event (must be registered prior to registration deadline)

• By checking in to the event, you agree to comply with Coastal Virginia Cybersecurity Student Associations (CVCSA) Code of Conduct

• Any violation of the code of conduct may result in ban from all future CVCSA events
