Registration for CyberForge 2025 is now open! Registration for CyberForge 2025 will close at 11:59pm ET on March 1, 2025.

Registration Fees (Closes March 1, 2025):

• Students- $10 (requires a .edu email address)

• General- $20

Changes for CyberForge 2025

There are some changes to the registration and check-in procedures for CyberForge 2025. Please ensure to follow all of the procedures or you may be denied entry into the event:

1. All student registrations MUST use a .edu email address

2. A valid email address MUST be used

3. A photo ID MUST be presented when checking-in at the conference (i.e. driver's license, student ID, employer badge, etc.)

4. Conference badge MUST be worn at all times when at the conference

Hotel Information

For CyberForge 2025 attendees, a hotel block has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Newport News - Hampton, offering convenient accommodations just 10 minutes from campus. The room block is available from Thursday, March 20, to Sunday, March 23, 2025, providing a comfortable and easily accessible option for conference participants.
