Registration

Registration for CyberForge 2025 hosted at Christopher Newport University will open on November 1, 2024 and will close on March 1, 2025 or when we reach capacity. Below outlines the registration fees. More registration information will be posted as we get closer to registration opening.

Early Bird Registration (November 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025):

• Students- $10 (requires a .edu email address)

• Other- $20

General Registration (February 1, 2025 - March 1, 2025):

• Students- $20 (requires a .edu email address)

• Other- $40

Changes for CyberForge 2025

There are some changes to the registration and check-in procedures for CyberForge 2025. Please ensure to follow all of the procedures or you may be denied entry into the event:

1. All student registrations MUST use a .edu email address

2. A valid email address MUST be used

3. A photo ID MUST be presented when checking-in at the conference (i.e. driver's license, student ID, employer badge, etc.)

4. Conference badge MUST be worn at all times when at the conference
